Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using IncludeDocs, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
IncludeDocs is a free online tool that processes PDF documents to improve their accessibility in compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards. The service is provided by Moving Forward Small Business at no charge and requires no user account.
Permitted Use
You may use IncludeDocs to process PDF documents that you own or have legal rights to process. You agree not to upload documents that contain malware, illegal content, or content that violates the rights of others. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the service.
Your Content
You retain all ownership of any documents you upload. By uploading a document, you grant us a temporary, limited license solely to process the document for accessibility remediation. This license ends immediately when processing is complete and the file is deleted.
No Warranties
IncludeDocs is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that processed documents will achieve perfect accessibility scores. AI-generated alt text may occasionally be imprecise for complex imagery.
Limitation of Liability
Moving Forward Small Business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of IncludeDocs. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed zero dollars, as this is a free service.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue IncludeDocs at any time without notice. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
