Our Commitment

Moving Forward Small Business is committed to ensuring that IncludeDocs — and all of our digital content — is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is not an afterthought for us; it is the foundation of why this tool exists.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level across all pages and features of this website.

Measures Taken

To ensure accessibility of this website, we have taken the following measures:

• ✅ All pages include a "Skip to main content" link as the first focusable element
• ✅ All images have descriptive alt text or are marked as decorative
• ✅ All interactive elements are keyboard accessible and have visible focus indicators
• ✅ ARIA landmarks (banner, navigation, main, contentinfo) are used throughout
• ✅ ARIA live regions announce status changes to screen readers during file processing
• ✅ Form elements have proper labels
• ✅ Heading hierarchy is logical and consistent
• ✅ Color contrast meets WCAG AA requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for text)
• ✅ The tool is compatible with JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack
• ✅ No content flashes more than 3 times per second

Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, some limitations exist:

• AI-generated alt text for complex charts or specialized diagrams may occasionally be imprecise. We recommend reviewing alt text for critical technical imagery.
• The drag-and-drop file upload zone has a keyboard-accessible alternative (browse button) but may not behave identically across all screen reader and browser combinations.
